ABOUT US

Planting trees for a decade,

Nurturing individuals for a century.

The BVO team is passionate about combining sports and education to promote our widespread adoption. We believe that sports are not limited to physical activities but can be used as a medium for holistic education, nurturing  students’ mental, physical, and technical abilities.

Our team consists of members with backgrounds in education and sports research, including qualified teachers and specialized coaches. We work together to align the curriculum with the unique characteristics of each sport, incorporating educational theories and teaching methods.

By prioritizing teaching quality, we strive to help students continuously grow and exceed their own expectations in mind, body, and skills.

OUR BACKGROUND

BVO

The BVO team has concrete backgrounds in sports science and education, including graduates from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, and The Education University of Hong Kong.
They combine cutting-edge knowledge, integrating theory and practice to establish a safe, effective, and diverse training system.
The training system progresses from basic to advanced levels, allowing students to experience continuous growth in their physical, mental, and technical abilities.

SPORTS SCIENCE

Sports science encompasses major science such as physiology, psychology, and motor control. Additionally, it includes areas like sports technology, anthropometry, and performance analysis.

By leveraging knowledge from various scientific fields, sports training, performance, and even athlete psychology can be finely segmented and enhanced. Through the integration of sports training and science, students’ performance can be maximized.

APPLY KNOWLEDGE

Our main goal at BVO’s curriculum department is to integrate and apply the latest knowledge and theories in sports science.

We strive to enhance training by incorporating dynamic stretching instead of static stretching, conducting assessments to create personalized training programs, and using data collected during exercise to make targeted adjustments for maximizing performance improvements.
